Dries Van Noten offers a refined return process for items purchased online, allowing for returns within 14 days of delivery provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that certain delicate items and accessories may be subject to specific return restrictions to maintain the integrity of the collection.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all branded boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method upon inspection.
